Evio successfully executed Siemens Hot-Standby Redundant PLC-based system for Automation of Water Treatment Plant through different OEMs & consultants.
More than 40 systems successfully commissioned with different types of Water Systems:
- Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETP)
- Sewage Treatment Plant.
- Desalination.
In the scope of supply, the following subsystems were included:
- Hot-Standby Redundant PLC.
- Distributed Remote I/O station ET-200SP & SIL-2 ET-200M with max 4200 I/O’s with IO Redundancy option.
- Redundant Server & Client configuration.
- Customizable Reports with Auto Generation facility.
- Safety programming is done in the CFC package wherever the SIL system is supplied.
- Web client for Remote monitoring.
- Data connectivity with a centralized DCS system.
