The batch process automation can make continuous processes run smoothly.
Evio has successfully executed Siemens DCS based BATCH process Automation system for Textile &
Specialty Chemical customers at Dahej.
We have designed & engineered the system as per Siemens standard with complete Software
development, Graphics development, testing and commissioned successfully to the customer
satisfaction.
The scope includes the following subsystems:
Virtual OTS (Operator Training Station) using SIMIT platform - Enables comprehensive tests of automation projects as well as the virtual commissioning of systems, machines, and processes on a single platform. In addition, it is also be used for realistic training environments to train operating personnel.
The scope includes the following subsystems:
- Siemens PCS7 Redundant System
- Distributed Remote I/O station ET-200iSP suitable for Zone-2 with ATEX system certification
- Redundant Server & Client configuration
- Redundant Batch Controller PCS7 with a Batch report
- Web client for Remote monitoring
